Returns

All items, including sale items, can be returned for a full refund for up to 14 days after receipt of the goods. Delivery & Shipping costs are excluded.

To return items please fill in the return form (we will have to generate one) enclosed with your goods. Items are returned to Tuula Retail Limited at your own expense and risk. Tuula Retail Limited recommend you send the returned items by recorded delivery for proof of postage. Please note items bought as presents can only be refunded to the original cardholder.

Returned items must be in new, unused and in unworn condition with all the original packaging and garment tags still attached. We do not accept any items with any indication that it was used. In such cases the item(s) will be returned to the purchaser and no refund will be issued. For faulty items please contact us at sales@tuularetail.com
