Ordering:
From the Tuula Retail .com website find the product you like to purchase, select the size from the drop down tab and click on the ‘Add to Basket' Button.
If you wish you can continue shopping at Tuula Retail .com or proceed to the checkout where you select your preferred shipping method. Payment will then be taken.

Tuula Retail Limited accept most major credit and debit cards these include Visa, MasterCard, electron, Solo and Switch. Tuula Retail Limited does not accept payment by cheque.

Delivery & Shipping
Tuula Retail Limited will make every effort to deliver within the time stated but we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery.
Incorrect information supplied by you may lead to problems or delays in delivery, before placing your order, please ensure that you have included full address details so we can notify you in the event of a delivery problem.
For first time purchase transactions from Tuula Retail.com the product will only be delivered to the cardholders address. This is to minimise the treat of fraudulent transactions. For future transactions Tuula Retail.com will provide the option of an alternative delivery address.

No orders will be dispatched on Weekends or Bank Holidays
Next Day UK Delivery available on orders placed Monday - Thursday before 2pm.
Some items may require a higher shipping charge. In this instance we will notify you by email and ask if you still wish to proceed with your purchase.

Any duty or taxes incurred in the country of destination are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Returns Policy;
All items, including sale items, can be returned for a full refund for up to 14 days after receipt of the goods. Delivery & Shipping costs are excluded.
To return items please fill in the return form (we will have to generate one) enclosed with your goods. Items are returned to Tuula Retail Limited at your own expense and risk. Tuula Retail Limited recommend you send the returned items by recorded delivery for proof of postage.
Please note items bought as presents can only be refunded to the original cardholder.
Returned items must be in new, unused and in unworn condition with all the original packaging and garment tags still attached. We do not accept any items with any indication that it was used. In such cases the item(s) will be returned to the purchaser and no refund will be issued.
